Barbados is both sunnier and drier than many other islands in the Caribbean, experiencing between eight and 10 hours of sunlight a day. This means that temperatures tend to be on the warmer side as well.
The chart below shows that even during the coldest months of the year, January and February, average temperatures range between 74 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit. Through the summer months, temperatures reach highs of 85 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit. These averages, combined with the continual trade winds mean that even during the hottest time of year, the weather is still pleasant and tolerable.
